During 2004 we underwent a major software conversion and upgraded our computer system to one of the most sophisticated property management systems in the industry called Complete Control for Communities (C3). The purpose of upgrading our system was to provide our clients with the ability to most efficiently oversee Association affairs. There is a wealth of information available to each and every community we manage on our system. This allows us to produce very useful management reports for our clients.
