We provide our Communities (at no charge) a professionally produced DVD on how Homeowners Associations operate. We recognize that many owners have not had experience living in Community Associations and do not read the governing documents in detail. The purpose of the DVD is to give the homeowners an opportunity to gain an understanding of how Community Associations run in order to generate a better understanding of the rules governing the Association.
In addition, we also offer a DVD to address the role of the Board in the community. We understand that Board members are volunteers, many of which have never had any prior experience serving a Homeowners Association. Our DVD solves that problem and gets new Board members, as well as existing ones, up to speed in no time at all, enabling them to effectively serve the needs of their community.
